Morning note and time zone
Turn the quiet-morning line on or off, and set the time zone for your morning note and Eric's days.

Open the settings
- Open Metrics → Journey in the menu (or Your websites in the account menu at the top right).
- Click Manage to open Your websites.
Quiet-morning line
Use the switch A note on quiet mornings. On (the default), Eric sends one line on a weekday with nothing new. Off, he only writes when there is something new. Mornings with news always arrive.
Time zone
Under Your time zone, click Use this device's time zone, or pick one from the list. It changes:
- When the morning note arrives: 08:00 in this time zone.
- Which hours count as "today" and "yesterday" in Eric's numbers.
- Quiet hours: Eric's own notes don't arrive between 22:00 and 07:00 in your time zone. Urgent alerts and results you asked for still can.
The time zone belongs to the business, so everyone on it gets the morning note at the same moment.
