Buy a credit pack, what packs there are, and what to do if credits don't arrive.

Only the owner of a business can buy credits. Anyone who Can change things can spend what is there.
Credit packs

Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and you see the total before you pay. Credits you buy don't expire while your account is open. Nothing renews by itself.
Buy a pack
- Open Credits and budget in the menu.
- Under Add credits, check the business shown next to Buying for, then click a pack.
- Pay in the checkout window that opens.
- You see "Payment received — adding your credits…" and then "Done." with the credits in your balance.
Your receipt and invoice arrive by email from our payment provider, who sells on our behalf.
Problems

| "Your browser stopped the payment window from loading." | An ad blocker usually does this. Allow the payment window for this site and try again. |
| "…the credits are taking longer than usual to arrive." | Nothing to do. They will be added. |
| "…the credits need a person to add them. The team has been told." | Nothing to do. We'll add them. |
| "Buying credits isn't switched on yet" | Buying isn't open for your account. Ask us. |
| A message that it's the owner's decision | Ask the owner of the business to buy. |
