›Will Eric change my website without asking?
No. Every change needs a yes from the owner or someone who Can change things. If a change he made measures worse, he puts your original back. See Approvals and Autopilot.
›Does the tracking code slow my site down?
It is one lightweight script and doesn't change your page unless you approve a change.
›Does Eric edit my website's files?
No. Changes are shown by his tracking code on your pages. Remove a change and your page is the original again within a minute.
›Can I see a change before it goes live?
Yes. Press Show me first. See Show me first.
›What does a test cost?
The proposal tells you the credits before you start. They're taken once, when it starts. Previews are free. See How credits work.
›Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credit packs when you need them. Nothing renews by itself.
›Can Eric change things in my CRM, ads or analytics?
No. He only reads them. See Access to your tools.
›Do I need a cookie banner?
That depends on where your visitors are; it's your decision as the site owner. Eric's code works with OneTrust, Cookiebot and Google Consent Mode by itself. See Consent and cookies.
›Can my agency use Eric for me?
Yes. Invite them with Can change things. See Invite people.
›Can I have more than one website?
Yes. Add checkout, booking and funnel sites to the same business. A separate brand should be its own business. See Businesses and websites.
›Is there a chat with Eric in the app?
No. You talk to Eric in Slack, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. The app shows what he found and lets you decide.
›How do I stop Eric messaging me?
On WhatsApp, reply STOP. In Slack or Teams, remove the channel in Connections. To keep messages but stop changes, turn on Pause me on Autopilot.
›How do I delete my data?
