Access to your tools
What access Eric has to the tools you connect, and how to take it away.
Explanation · Last updated 27 October 2026
- Analytics, ads, CRM, payment and calendar tools: read access only. Eric doesn't create, edit or delete anything in them.
- Google Tag Manager: used once to add Eric's tag, then the access is thrown away. See Google Tag Manager.
- Shopify: the app adds Eric's tracking to your store and checkout, and reads your orders. That access stays until you uninstall the app.
- Slack, Teams and WhatsApp: Eric posts and replies where you connected him.
Eric doesn't change your website, ads or funnels without your yes. See Approvals and Autopilot.
Take access away
Open Connections and click Disconnect next to a tool, then confirm. That withdraws Eric's access. For analytics, Search Console, CRM, ads and calendar tools it also deletes what Eric had read; Stripe's counted sales stay. See How connecting tools works.
