What Eric does
Eric finds where your website loses leads or sales, shows you a fix, and only changes your site when you say yes.
Explanation · Last updated 27 October 2026
Eric is an AI Head of Growth for your website. He watches how visitors move through your site, finds the places where they drop off or hesitate, works out why, and writes the change that should fix it.
With your approval he puts that change live on your page, measures whether it worked, and takes it off again if it did not. He does not change your website, your ads or your funnels without you saying yes.
What you get
- A tracking code for your website, and a map of your customer journey.
- Eric in Slack, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, plus the web dashboard.
- Findings about where your website is losing people.
- Answers to your questions about your website and your numbers.
- A morning note and a weekly report of what Eric found, changed and learned.
How a typical week looks
- Eric's tracking code tells him how real visitors use your site. Connected tools (your CRM, payments, ads) tell him what those visits are worth.
- When he spots a problem, he sends you a finding: what is happening, where, and what he would change.
- You ask to see the change first. He shows you your own page with the change on it, before anything goes live.
- If you like it, you start a test. Some visitors see the change and the rest see your page as it is, so the two can be compared fairly.
- Eric tells you how it went in plain words, and keeps the winner or takes the change off.

Eric runs on credits. Watching your site, spotting findings and writing fixes are free. Some work, such as looking into a finding or putting a fix live, uses credits, and Eric tells you the cost before he starts. See How credits work.
