Stop a test or undo a change

Put your page back as it was, from chat or from the app, at any time.

You can put any change back at any time. Your page is the original again within a minute.

From chat

Press Put it back on Eric's message, or say put it back, undo, stop the test or end the test. Eric replies: "Putting it back now. Your page is as it was within a minute."

Stop and change it puts the page back and asks for new wording. Say change the wording to … and Eric writes it up again for your yes.

From the app

  1. Open Changes and tests → What's live on your site.
  2. Find the change and click Put it back.

The page also lists changes that are Approved — not on the page yet, Being tested, and Taken off.

Note: Everything Eric shows is applied by his tracking code. Nothing in your website has been edited, so removing the code also removes every change.
Important: If you remove the tracking code while a test is running, the test stops counting and your visitors see your original page.
