Calendly

Connect Calendly so Eric counts booked calls as results and sees which ones cancel.

How-to guide · Last updated 27 October 2026

On this page

Eric reads your Calendly bookings from the last 30 days and the next 90. He does not book, move or cancel anything.

Connect Calendly

  1. Sign in to Eric. You need to be the owner of the business, or someone who Can change things.
  2. Open Connections from the menu on the left.
  3. Click the Connect your calendar row, then the Connect your calendar button inside it.
  4. Pick Calendly from the list.
  5. Your browser goes to a secure connection page and then to Calendly's own sign-in. Sign in and approve read access.
  6. You come back to Connections. Eric tells you what he can now read, or asks you one question to finish.

When it works you see "Reading your booked calls…" with a count, or "Connected. No Calendly bookings in that window yet — I'll keep watching."

Disconnect or reconnect Calendly

  1. Open Connections from the menu on the left (under Setup).
  2. Click the Connect your calendar row to open it. Calendly is listed with its status.
  3. Click Disconnect next to Calendly. Eric says what will happen; click Disconnect again to confirm, or Keep it.
  4. To connect again, click Add another (or Connect your calendar if nothing else is connected there) and pick Calendly.
Important: Disconnecting Calendly stops Eric reading it and deletes what he had already read from it. Connecting again reads the history again from the start.
