Add me to Microsoft Teams.
I'll bring what I find into your chats and channels, with the evidence and a fix for you to approve. It takes about five minutes.
- 1
Download my Teams app
A small file with my name, icons and what I'm allowed to do in Teams. There's no need to open it.
Download Eric for Teams - 2
Upload it in Teams
In Teams, go to Apps, then Manage your apps, then Upload an app, then Upload a custom app. Choose the file and select Add.
To have me post in a channel, choose Add to a team and pick the channel. You can add me to more channels whenever you like.
- 3
Press Connect on my welcome message
It opens a page here where you sign in and choose which business I'm working on. New to Meet Eric? Choose Create one on the sign-in page.
Connect your own chat with me first. After that, connecting a channel takes one tap, and your approvals there count straight away.

Ask me something
Say “what needs me”, or ask about your website in your own words. In a channel, start with @Eric.
No “Upload a custom app” in Teams?
Your organisation only lets admins add apps. Send the file to your Teams admin and ask them to add it in the Teams admin center, under Teams apps, then Manage apps, then Upload new app. Within a few hours I'll show up for everyone in Teams under Apps, in Built for your org, and you can add me from there.
